3 cans black beans
1 can diced tomatoes and green chilies
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons minced garlic
2 tablespoons Olive oil
Heat large frying pan. Add olive oil. Add garlic and onions and saute until onions are transparent. Add tomatoes and green chilies and cook about 5 minutes. Add beans, cover and cook for 1 hour.
Cool. Blend in food processor until smooth.
Reheat and serve warm in chaffing dish, garnished with dried parsley or cilantro. Can also be served room temperature. Best with crunchy tortilla chips.new balance scarpe
