Haunted Forest Stuffed Mushrooms

2 packages fresh large mushrooms
1 package Stouffers® Frozen Spinach Soufflé
8 oz. sharp cheddar cheeze
1 stick butter
Minced garlic or garlic powder





Remove stems and clean mushrooms. In the bottom of the cap place a piece of sharp cheddar cheese, then fill to the top with Stouffers® frozen spinach soufflé, thawed. Melt butter in a Pyrex baking dish and add minced garlic or garlic powder. Place caps spinach side up.

Preheat oven to 325-350 and bake 10-20 minutes depending on your oven. Watch them carefully. Save the garlic butter to brush onto your Transylvanian garlic bread.

Consider having the butler serve these on a platter to your guests soon after they come out of the oven.
