12 hard-cooked eggs, halved lengthwise
½ cup mayonnaise
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon dry dill
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Dash pepper
2 teaspoons dry mustard
2 tablespoons minced onion
2 tablespoons finely chopped celery (optional)
Peel the eggs. Using a sharp knife, slice each egg in half, lengthwise. Remove the yolk halves and place in a small mixing bowl. Using a fork, mash up the yolks and add the remaining ingredients. Pipe or spoon egg yolk mixture into egg white halves. Chill 1 hour in refrigerator prior to serving.
