1 or 2 packages of fresh whole mushrooms
1 package Good Seasons® Italian Dressing
Boil Mushrooms gently until done. Drain and rinse with cool water. Prepare Good Seasons® dressing as directed. Instead of water, use all wine vinegar. Place mushrooms in covered bowl large enough to toss contents. Cover with dressing, toss, refrigerate 12-24 hours, tossing occasionally. Drain, serve in a black bowl, sprinkled with dried parsely.
